LYDIE’S ON ECR – SOUTH INDIAN AND CONTINENTAL SPREAD
This place has a uniquely different and elegant décor and ambience. The food is made by Abdullah and Lydie, his Flemish wife. The duo, who do the cooking themselves, will surprise you with the repertoire of dishes ranging from South Indian to Portugease, French and American that they can prepare for you. The desserts at their place are specially tempting.

MASH – A PLACE FOR CONTINENTAL FOOD.
Located opposite the Besant Nagar beach, the first thing that strikes you about MASH is its fantastic view of the sea. Every dish here is signature creation- unadulterated continental food- in city limits – with affordable rates. Babu Emmanuel 26, co-owner of Mash suggests you should try their steaks which are well done and surprisingly soft. The steak comes with an extra mug of whiskey sauce, mashed potatoes, the usual veggies and butter- fried onions and is definitely one of the best in town.

EYARKAI SATHUNAVU MAIYAM
This is a place for street food where you can savour fresh, tasty food paying very earthly prices. You can see the food prepared for you is fresh and prepared right in front of you. The popular dishes here are, bhel puri, bread omelette, vegetable soup, vegetable sandwich. This place is opposite Bank of Baroda, near SIET college.
BAKER’S COTTAGE IN ANNA NAGAR
Fond of good bakery products? In Baker’s Cottage in Anna Nagar, you have almost everything you may want - ranging from – blueberry muffins, cheese, cakes, gooey chocolate doughnuts and sandwiches. The products here are not very high on sugar. Plum cakes and wedding cakes are the specialty of this place. PARSI FOOD FESTIVAL AT COPPER POINT
Copper Point at GRT Grand is holding Jashn e Khordan, the Parsi Food Festival starting today. It will have a blend of vegetarian Gujarati and non-vegetarian Iranian food.
